Andrew's Senior 2009 Session

I very much enjoy doing Senior portraits, there is something really fun about that time in a young person's life.  For Andrew's session we went into the Japanese Stroll Garden and finished by the barns in Nathaniel Greene Park. The Autumn colors are almost completely here, but the cool weather that has preceeded it, is hopefully here to stay. It makes these great Fall sessions even more fun!  Andrew was a natural at smiling and his mom was great help with getting him to laugh. Thanks for a great Senior session, guys!

Cory & Samantha's Engagement Session

Well, today's weather definitely felt like Fall, and Fall is the perfect season for engagement portraits.  Cory and Samantha were alot of fun to work with and are really excited about their wedding I am shooting in June.  The trees are slow in changing colors this year, but we were able to find a few that made for some colorful images.  Check out my favorites from their session!

David & Sarah go to the Zoo!

Sarah and I took a few days off to go to St. Louis to see the Death Cab for Cutie concert.  First of all, I have to say that it was the best concert that I had ever seen, they were amazing.  However, I was unable to bring my camera into the concert because it was a professional camera.  Sarah knew I was really down so we decided to go to the zoo the next day so I could get the picture taking need out of my system.  Needless to say, I did take some poctures and it was a blast.  It is great to go out and just have fun doing what I love, and that's what I did. We had a great time and I just wanted to share some of my favorite images captured on our fun trip. I hope you like them!

David & Courtney's Engagement Session

I finished my busy weekend with a fun engagement session today.   The couple was visiting their family farm in Ash Grove, MO, all the way from Texas.  The property was a great place for Fall photos and the skies cooperated to allow for some dynamic light.  Congrats on your engagement and enjoy your photos!

Brett & Rachel's Wedding October 11, 2008

Brett and Rachel's wedding day was full of energy and love.  This large wedding party is extremely close, some of them being friends since Elementary school.  After the ceremony, we took some time to get some fun photos downtown.  Before going into the reception, I followed the wedding party into one of their favorite bars which just happened to be next door.  The reception was elegantly decorated and packed with their closest friends and family.  I really enjoyed taking photos of this group doing what they do best, party!  Brett and Rachel, thanks for a great day.  I'm excited to show you the rest!
