We knew from our first consultation with Sara and her mom that there was something special about this wedding. Sara and John chose to tie the knot on Sara's parent's anniversary, as well as her late grandparent's anniversary. The big, anticipated day finally arrived and took us to Stonegate Glass Chapel and Meadows of Eden reception hall. Sara and John are a couple very much in love and just an absolute joy to work with. From the private moment, where Sara made John wear a blindfold to see her for the first time in her wedding gown, to the loving glances between the couple that were exchanged throughout the day, it was a beautiful event. After having shot Natalie and Derek's engagement pictures, I knew we would have fun on their wedding day. Big Cedar in Hollister, proved to be a lovely location to exchange vows at the Worman House, with a beautiful sunset ceremony. With such an intimate group we were able to take our time, and get lots of picturesque shots. Vibrant colors, a garden feel, a surf-and-turf menu, and a candle-lit patio, made for Derek and Natalie's perfect day! Sarah and I felt honored to be a part of it! Congratulations!

This is a remarkable place for a wedding. The old firehouse has old textured walls and a beautiful courtyard that allows for an intimate outdoor ceremony. The wedding party followed me to the historic footbridge on Commercial Street for a few photos and of course, we had to do the walking down the street shot. Congratulations on your marriage and thank you for a great day!

It was amazing working with Heather and William. We had to improvise on the locations of the photos, but were able to find some great places on a rainy day. Once at the reception, the bride and groom gave family and friends a wonderful show as they had their first dance while the guests enjoyed lavish food and beverages. This party went late, and by the end of the night everyone was on the dance floor. Thanks for a great day!

8-8-08 was the perfect date for this couple to be married because their daughter was born on 7-7-07. The bride and groom were so happy that this day finally came, even when the limo wouldn't start, they just smiled and posed for a fun photo op. After a few moments waiting for it to start, we went to Walnut street and had a great time capturing some fun images. Thanks guys, I hope you have a blast on your honeymoon!

It was another hot day out, but not too hot to do a fun senior session at the park. Brittany goes to Hillcrest High School and will be graduating a semester early to go to Africa on a mission trip. How cool is that?! I hope you like these images and I can't wait to show you the rest!

I had a great time working with Megan and Brandon. They are such a loving and fun couple, I feel like I have known them for years. They had a lovely wedding with great colors, red, black, and white. They chose Stonegate Glass Chapel for their ceremony which always makes for an amazing backdrop. After the ceremony, we arrived at the reception which was held at the Doubletree hotel in North Springfield. It was decorated beautifully and filled with amazing food and drinks. It was an honor to be part of your big day and I hope you both enjoy the photos!

Central Assembly was a great place for an elegant wedding. Both the father of the bride and groom are ministers and officiated the ceremony, which made it even more special. I had to include the image of Tiffany freshening Tyler's breath before the kiss, the crowd loved it. Tyler and Tiffany, you two were great to work with, so easy going and just absolute fun. I hope you have a great honeymoon!
