Sarah & Brian

I had a blast with Sarah and Brian today. After a quick introduction we started shooting away on the square. Jokingly I asked Sarah if she wanted to get in the fountain and splash Brian and to my excitement they both smiled and said yes! Of course, we had to get alot of images done first before they could get wet so off we went. They gave me fun images that are not posed but show who they are as a young couple happy in love about to start their life together. I can not wait for the wedding, I am hoping to get them in a fountain by the end of the night!

Natalie & Joshua

What a nice couple, easy going and very much in love. Engagement sessions are good for me because I get to know the couple before the wedding and they get comfortable with me being behind the camera. Natalie and Josh's smiles were made for one another and it came through during their session.

John and Mary's Engagement

John and Mary were very fun to work with, easy going and open to anything. I was able to get all the pics we needed in less than an hour which was good because of the brisk spring air. I always like working with my couples before their wedding am definitely excited to photograph John and Mary's wedding this summer!

Maya's 12th Birthday!

We had a pre-teen diva style birthday party for our daughter from a stretch limo to private hibachi dinner! Her friends Matthew and Chloe came and she even let her little brother, Noah ride! They all had a blast getting star treatment for a few hours but didn't let it go to their heads. By the way, the drinks were non-alcoholic juice, don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. Happy Birthday Maya!!

Our 5 Year Anniversary Trip to Colorado

Here are some photos from our recent trip to Estes Park, CO. It was a relaxing retreat before starting on our busiest wedding season yet. We had the honor of being guests at a quaint B&B called Dripping Springs Resort. We stayed right on the Big Thompson River less than 10 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park......a dream for a photographer! The location was great, but what really made our trip something to write about was our hosts. Bart and Amy, innkeepers at Dripping Springs Resort, started off our mornings with friendly conversation and a warm, gourmet breakfast which always included Bart's "World Famous" Fruit Salad. They gave us great tips on how to make the best of our stay and made us feel very special. We can now say that we have good friends in Estes Park, CO. Hope everyone enjoys the images, and check out the rest on our website under Recent Work.

Meagan's Senior Session

It was hard to fit everything in a 2 hour session with Meagan but we did it. She has so many interesting styles and hobbies that we just had to include a little of each. From being a drum major to a tennis player, she really has done her best to excel during her high school years. Her proud mom demonstrated her skills as she followed us with tennis bags and clarinets, changes of clothes and even chased down some sheet music. A+ to you both for a fun outdoor session!

#11 - Maya Coleman

I am so proud of my daughter that I had to post a few pictures from her soccer game. Even though her team lost, she worked hard through the whole game and came the closest to making a goal. I am now a soccer dad.

Megan & Max - We LOVE April 12th!!

Today was a very special day for us, it was our 5th wedding Anniversary, and what better way to celebrate our special day, than sharing it with another couple! Megan and Max are such a handsome couple, obviously very much in love. From their rich, earthy colors, to their personalized scrapbook, their day flowed perfectly start to finish. This wedding was a joy to witness, Megan's brother played the guitar, and a perfect verse by Dr. Seuss was read to complete their special day. And of all the things, on a busy wedding day to remember, they gave Sarah and I a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary! Thank you, Megan and Max, and Congratulations....April 12th is truly a wonderful date!
